Terms of Service — MindfulFlow Android App

1. The App (what it is)

The App provides mindfulness and meditation support, including on-device coaching (“Guru”) and access to content such as meditation videos. The App is intended for general wellness and education. It is not medical care, therapy, or a medical device. See our App Disclaimer.

The App operates primarily on your device. It does not require you to create a cloud account with us for core use as described in our App Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

The App is for a general audience aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use the App. If you are between 13 and the age of majority where you live, your parent or guardian should review these Terms with you.

3. Google Play and payments

You obtain the App through Google Play. Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google Play’s terms.

In-app purchases and subscriptions, if offered, are processed with Google Play Billing (e.g. via your platform’s in-app purchase library). We do not use Stripe or other non–Play Billing payment flows inside this App. Prices, billing cycles, and renewal rules are shown in Google Play at purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play account settings.

4. Advertising

The free tier of the App may show ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier and related signals as described in our App Privacy Policy and in Google’s documentation. Where supported, we request non-personalized ads. Premium or paid experiences may be offered without ads as described in the App.

5. Content and third parties

Some meditation or media content may be shown using an embedded YouTube player (e.g. in a WebView). That playback is subject to YouTube’s terms and Google’s privacy policy.

Guru responses in the App are generated locally on your device. They are not sent to our servers or to third-party AI APIs for processing as part of the App’s design described in our App Privacy Policy.

6. License to you

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App in line with these Terms and the End User License Agreement. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer the App except where applicable law allows.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App. For example, you must not:

• Use the App in any way that violates law or infringes others’ rights.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems.
• Use the App to harass, harm, or exploit anyone.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbdeep LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to these Terms or the App is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us through Google Play for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50), except where law prohibits such limitations.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version in the App or on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms where allowed by law. If you do not agree, stop using the App and uninstall it.
