End User License Agreement — MindfulFlow Android App

Scope: This document applies only to the MindfulFlow Android mobile app on Google Play. It does not describe the MindfulFlow website, web accounts, or server-backed services. For the website, see our website Terms of Service.

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“you”) and Orbdeep LLC (“Licensor”) for the MindfulFlow software application for Android (“Licensed Application”) obtained through Google Play.

By installing or using the Licensed Application, you agree to this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Licensed Application.

1. License grant

Subject to this EULA and the App Terms of Service, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Licensed Application on Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with documentation provided with the Licensed Application.

2. Restrictions

You may not, except as expressly permitted by applicable law:

  • Copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Licensed Application.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Licensed Application, except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Application.
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Licensed Application.
  • Use the Licensed Application to build a competing product or service or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Ownership

The Licensed Application, including all intellectual property rights in it, is owned by Licensor and its licensors. This EULA does not sell the Licensed Application to you; it only licenses use as stated above.

4. Updates

Licensor may provide updates, patches, or new versions through Google Play. Updates may be subject to additional terms presented at installation. Continued use after an update may constitute acceptance of those terms where required.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Licensed Application and uninstall it. Sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

6. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensed Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from or related to the Licensed Application. Licensor’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts described in the App Terms of Service.

8. Third-party terms

Your use of Google Play, Google Play Billing, AdMob, YouTube, and other third-party components may be subject to third-party terms and policies. See our App Privacy Policy and App Terms of Service.
